Regional Sales Manager - Delhi 

JOB DESCRIPTION / 
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop good key customer relationship at different levels of decision making for achieving customer satisfaction, gathering market intelligence, achieving high conversion ratio (order : offer) of high value products ( >3 crore) and ensuring smooth order execution and cash flow.

  • Constantly update oneself with management practices adapted by the company and follow systematically.

  • Ensure revenue booking, invoicing and collection targets are met.

DESIRED PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE

  • Engineering graduate + MBA (Marketing) with 8-10 years experience in marketing of high value capital goods preferably imported machines used in manufacturing processes in engineering industries. Should be conversant with commercial terms for import of capital items and with shop floor practices.  Should be capable of achieving results using excellent customer relationships.

  • Should have track record of achievement with government and private sector customers.

  • Age around 30-35 years.

  • Good communicating and synergy skills needed.

LOCATION OF POSTING

New Delhi / Kanpur / Lucknow

  SALARY    Commensurate with experience.
