Innovative crowning system (patent pending): Under load, the distance between the ram and the bed remains constant over the entire bending length.

The control panel can be easily adjusted to the optimum position for any operator.

Automatic compensation of deflection differential between ram and bed in centered and off-center loads: This yields a uniform angle over the entire length of the bend.

NC program transfer to the machine via data cable or diskette.
Electronic compensation for spring back of the machine frame. Networking is an option.
CNC back gauge: Safe and fast
Zero setup time for the X-and R-axis, since stop depth and height can be freely programmable (Z1-Z2 axis optional).

The three-level stop fingers provide an extremely large stop range in X, coupled with sheet support.

Safe adjustment of stop fingers from the front (no tool needed). The operator does not have reach through the danger area of the "tool plane."

Stop fingers are released and clamped in one easy stem.

Variable tooling system
  • TRUMPF bending tools, Laserdur®; laser-hardened in proven quality and variety.

  • TRUMPF's upper tools will self-center when clamped. They can also be used in reverse and exchanged vertically.

  • In addition to regular TRUMPF tools, the design of the ram and punch holders enables the use of different conventional tool systems.

  • The tool holders can be positioned anywhere along the ram.

  • Precision adjustment of the tool holder in Y is possible for surface-sensitive visual parts.

  • The hardened tool adapter can be quickly and easily reset to accommodate other tool product.

  • Multi-station bending operations are made quick and easy.
